The training activity is focused upon and evaluated against the job that an individual currently holds to the new trends that are being practiced in the industry.

The education activity focuses upon the jobs that an individual may potentially hold in the future, and is evaluated against them. This shall further lead to an enhanced succession planning.

The development activity focuses upon that the Training and Education being actually practiced and performed to achieve the highest possible returns with greater efficiency.
