An ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing HR operations of a manufacturing plant preferably. This position will oversee HR function of a strategic business unit of Apparel Division reporting into General Manager – HR.

Industrial Relations Business Partner

An ideal candidate will have 6-8 years ‘experience in managing industrial relations preferably in manufacturing industry backed by Master’s Degree in Public Administration. L.L.B Qualified will have an edge.

Manager – Human Resource

An ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing factory operations preferably in manufacturing industry.

Business Development Manager

Incumbent will be responsible for entire product development, communications and operational functions of assigned brand, Possess extensive knowledge of diverse business processes, strategy development and data analysis techniques. Manage pre-production and bulk orders execution in collaboration with internal teams and ensure timely fulfillment of orders as per customer requirements. Incumbent should have 10-12 years of experience in denim garments industry.

Factory Manager – Cut to pack (Production)

Incumbent will be responsible to oversee manufacturing operations. Improve manufacturing productivity & reduce lead times. Plan production meetings & activities, and maintain product quality ensuring strict compliance with all safety standards. Must have bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in garment manufacturing.

General Manager – Cut to pack (Production)

Must have bachelor’s degree in textile engineering or any other relevant certification with 10 years production experience in denim garment industry.

Sewing Manager
Plan and develop new products and production processes. Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas. Set up and adjust machines and equipment. Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results. Should be graduate having 5-6 years of experience in the same capacity.

Finishing Manager
Must be graduate with 8-10 years’ experience in monitoring the overall activities of finishing department preferably in denim garment industry.

Quality Manager Sewing & Finishing
Must be graduate with 8-10 years’ experience in monitoring the overall activities of quality department (cut to pack) maintaining quality standards as per buyers requirement preferably in denim garment industry.

 

General Manager Planning
Incumbent will be responsible to organize production planning according to demand and quality standards to ensure smooth and cost effective flow of production operations. Must be well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. Must be graduate in textile engineering or any other relevant field. Should have at least 10-12 years’ experience in Garments manufacturing. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. Organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.

 

Deputy General Manager Supply Chain
Incumbent will be responsible to oversee supply chain operations including accessories purchasing, warehouse management, material & fabric procurement. Forecast requirements in collaboration with internal departments, devise sourcing strategies for each category, partner with external stakeholders including local and global suppliers and ensure in-time availability of raw materials as per specification. Master’s degree in Supply Chain. Having relevant certification will be an edge. Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in managing supply chain operations preferably in garment manufacturing industry.

Deputy General Manager Industrial Engineering
Incumbent will be responsible to oversee industrial engineering activities from cut to pack with focus on productivity improvement. Measure factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown, etc. Carry out costing, determine manpower & machine requirement and prepare layout to ensure effective utilization of available resources. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. 8-10 years’ experience in leading industrial engineering activities preferably in garment manufacturing industry.

Assistant Manager Admin
Incumbent will be responsible to oversee administrative & security activities including housekeeping, vehicle/logistics support, time office & facility management. Implement administrative procedures & security plans to ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained facility. Supervise security supervisor/guards in line with business activities to maintain discipline and take necessary action when required. Should be graduate having 5-6 years’ experience in similar capacity.

JOB SUMMARY

Scheduling, Maintenance, Lubrication, Liaisoning and Operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Plan and Schedule preventive and annual maintenance program for utility equipment.

Plan and schedule maintenance activities in accordance / compliance with Preventive maintenance schedule.

Plan and monitor water treatment and lubrication activities. Review and modify activities as per Requirement.

Record and maintain equipment’s maintenance history, fuel, consumption and meters reading.

Safety inspection of utility equipment as per standard and record with the help of checklists.

Keep and record major maintenance cost incurred.

Maintain energy management system, identify, inspect and replace faulty equipment’s and devices and troubleshooting.

Assist area Manager/In charge in development proposals evaluation, manpower scheduling, prepare and update equipment inventory, preparation and review time cards.

Supervise utility assistant, supervisor and operation and maintenance crew.

Manager spare inventory. Liaison with supply / RMWH for spares availability

Supervise area Utilities operators & supervisors for the operation of other Utilities.

Operation & Maintenance of RO, OF & LPG Plant

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Boiler Engineer 1st  Class from Boiler Inspectorate Govt. of Pakistan (Preferable Graduate)

2 – 5 Years’ experience for the Operation & Maintenance of Boiler & Utilities equipment
